BRANDING & VISUAL IDENTITY

Denver Suspension Collective (DSC)

ROLE:

CLIENT

Brief

The Denver Suspension Collective (DSC) is a community-driven organization dedicated to education, skill-sharing, and the development and distribution of best practices in the body suspension community. As the Collective prepared to host its inaugural Suspension Retreat and plan for the 2026 Denver Suscon, they required a cohesive visual identity that could function across event branding, printed materials, merchandise, and future educational resources.

The goal was to develop a logomark and visual system that felt grounded, intentional, and respectful of both the ritualistic and technical nature of body suspension—while remaining flexible enough to scale across multiple event formats and applications

I was responsible for developing DSC’s foundational visual identity and applying it across both physical and digital touchpoints. This included:

  • Designing the DSC logomark

  • Producing and printing event merchandise for their inaugural Suspension Retreat

  • Developing the core branding for the 2026 Denver Suscon

Beyond establishing the initial identity, the work was approached as a modular system—built to grow alongside the Collective and support future events, workshops, and educational initiatives

Ongoing & Upcoming Deliverables

For the 2026 Denver Suscon, the visual identity will be extended across a range of branded materials, including:

  • A printed event guide booklet

  • Slide templates for workshop and class facilitators

  • Wayfinding and navigational signage

  • Event badges and credentials

  • Stickers and small-format merchandise

  • Additional branded assets such as banners, buttons, and on-site graphics

This project reflects a collaborative, community-embedded approach to branding—one that prioritizes clarity, respect for context, and consistency across every participant touchpoint.
